NEW PR!
Yes the title says it all. I did a kick ass workout with Jesse yesterday, but I didn't log it because I suck at that. The highlight though was 80 snatches in 5min. The 24kg of course. That's my best by 9. I know its not huge but TSC here I come! Also my longest run the other day at just under 4 miles. Again not huge, but my best so far. It was easy and I expect much better very soon.

Weak
Well that's being harsh. I don't feel weak, but I know that my blogging skills are. Last night I went to the Press Gym to attend a Deadlift workshop hosted by Fawn and Aaron Friday. It was my first time meeting Aaron and he turned out to be a great guy. What else could you expect from the man married to Fawn. I imagined that I would like lifting, but not as much as I actually did. I can see it in my future. I am excited about the idea of becoming familiar with some sort of lifting circuit around the gym. So that I can buy a punch card and really utilize the gym. It took me forever and few beers to be tired enough to go to bed. I felt like a kid on the verge of Christmas. Needless to say I am stoked. Any way last night got me pumped for the TSC that is coming up in a couple weeks. I expect to be crushed but it should provide numbers that will be easy to top at the next one. Hooray!

Ahh a post!
Hey there, I am back to posting. I went to the cabin for a week with Jesse. We had a great time. Perhaps I will post some photo's that she hasn't. To Jesse's surprise I brought all of the bells, and I worked out at least every two days.(we were there for seven I think) Jesse worked out a little more often than that as usual. Sorry I didn't log my vaca workouts, but here's today's.

I went to the outdoor skate park by my house with Jesse this morning. That was fun. She posted some photos and a video if you are interested.

24kg T.G.U. my first attempt with 24kg turkish get up's, no prob.
then I was on my back and pulled the 24 over my head, which is child's play usually, and on the way down, "Tick" something in my left pectoralis major. It was more alarming than painful, but still enough to end my workout in front of the computer with an ice pack. :/

Hey I just had a little workout with Jesse this afternoon. We both had to work for a bit and then we worked out a bit. Enjoying a post workout beer (New Belgium-Skinny Dip) YUM.

It all felt really good. I got off work early today and was home by 4. I think that helped my stamina and interest level, compared to a 6pm workout at home or even Fawn's Tues 7pm class which I am always pumped for.
That's the most snatches I have done with the 24 in a while, perhaps a PR but obviously I dont keep track. It is not however on track with my 5min statch test PR (71), a number I feel I could improve upon demand. Anytime! Perhaps today, since this is actually yesterdays workout.
